The Fashion Loop courses & workshops. It’s important that we outline what we both agree to so we both know what’s what.
In this contract, you won’t find any complicated legal terms or long passages of unreadable text so in short; You have booked to attend a workshop (1 off booking) or course (multiple dates) on the stated start date.
WHAT DO BOTH PARTIES AGREE TO DO?
You: You have the authority to enter into this contract on behalf of yourself, your company or your organisation. You’ll arrive at the venue in good time, participate fully in the exercises and let us know if you need additional help with anything.
The Fashion Loop: We have the experience and ability to deliver everything we’ve set out in the course description. We will be generous with our knowledge and aim to inspire you and build upon your new skills.
The fee for attending the course/workshop is stated on the course description. Prices are not subject to VAT. All payments for the course/workshop must be made in full prior to the date of the workshop/course to secure a place.
For courses, if you choose to pay in installments, please ensure the first payment is made prior to the course start date.
Payment can be made via our website payment processor or directly to our bank account by bank transfer.
We realise that very, very occasionally you may need to cancel your workshop place.
Refunds will only be given for workshops that have been paid for in full and will be issued on the following basis:
28 days or more before the date of workshop/course – Full Refund
27 – 15 days before the date of the workshop/course – 50% Refund
Less than 14 days 0%
No shows are not eligible for a refund.
For courses, you will be liable for the total cost of the course, including payment of outstanding installments even if you withdraw before it’s completion.
BY US: Should we need to cancel the course, you will be either able to transfer your place to another class or receive a full refund. For courses, if we need to cancel a session, we will ensure that session is made up.
ABSENCE & LATENESS
For courses, where there is absence, we are unable to offer extra sessions to compensate for the missed sessions.
All sessions must start at the time booked. No extra time will be added to the end of the session to make up for any lateness.
CHANGES TO OUR PRICING
We reserve the right to alter our pricing at any time and the prices are current at the time of booking. We are under no obligation to issue a refund for any class booked outside an offer or sale we are holding.
If you have any disability or medical condition that requires us to make special arrangements for you or any special dietary requirements, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible and at least 2 weeks prior to the start date of the workshop/course
The Fashion Loop will ensure every reasonable precaution is taken to ensure safety and security on our premises, however, we are not liable to you or any third-party for any, damages, accidents or injuries that may occur whilst you are on our premises. We are also not liable for any loss, lost profits, lost savings or damage to your property or belongings whilst on our premises.
